5. User ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using the Services.Keep account credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.Comply with all applicable laws, card-scheme rules, and anti-money-laundering obligations.
6. Fees and PaymentsFees, commissions, and settlement rules will be set out in your merchant agreement or as published on our website. We may adjust fees by giving reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited ActivitiesYou may not use the Services for:Illegal transactions, including money laundering or terrorist financing.Activities that violate card-scheme or network rules.Fraudulent, abusive, or high-risk activities without prior approval.
